  • Metallurgical Composition Control: Strict alloy compliance across international standards (IS, BS 1400, ASTM B505/B62, DIN, and SAE), including Gunmetal (LG2, LG4), Phosphor Bronze (PB1, PB2), Aluminum Bronze (AB2), and Free-Cutting Brass (IS 319).

  • Exclusively Sand Moulding: High adaptability for cylindrical hollows, solid rounds, and complex shapes without chilling defects.
  • Gunmetal Castings: LG2 (85-5-5-5), LG4, G1, and custom tin-lead bronzes.
  • Phosphor & Aluminum Bronze: PB1, PB2, AB1, AB2 for superior anti-friction, high impact shock, and corrosive conditions.
  • Industrial Brass: High tensile and free-cutting grades (IS 319, CuZn39Pb3).
